When I haven't blogged for a while, it usually means one thing...I am just too busy. Lots of things on the go these days. I am trying to get a jump start on Christmas by picking up the little "last minute" presents first, so that I am not running around crazy on Christmas Eve. We'll see how well that works.
I have a couple of commissioned paintings on the go right now. Which is great and exciting and my number one priority. I am teaching a bit here and there. I am on a professional development committee for teachers. So I am definitely keeping busy.
This weather doesn't help though. It has been snowy, windy and just plain cold. And all it want to do is curl up on the couch and watch TV, which is so not productive, and I just can't afford to be unproductive these days.
The "Small Treasures III" show starts Thursday, November 25 and runs until Sunday, December 19 at the Coast Collective Gallery in Colwood. If you get a chance, check it out. I have 4 little paintings being shown and for sale.
[Just a reminder I will NOT be at the Opening Reception on Saturday]
Time to start thinking about Christmas cards. Only 6 more days in November and then it is game on.
What have you done, so far, to prepare for Christmas?
Only 30 shopping days left!
