The family and I just returned from a week of camping on Thetis Island. We camp there every year and Sean's family has done so for over 50 years. It is private, right on the beach, and has the best view. Its sunset could challenge any tropical island out there.
I haven't had a chance to download any photos yet but when I do I will post some pics.
While we were away the "End of Summer" Art Show has been running at Cedar Hill. I had a chance to check it out today and had expected to see my paintings hanging in the Gallery Cafe. But it turns out they decided to put my paintings in the Main Gallery instead. So if you are passing by Cedar Hill, be sure to stop in the Main Gallery if you want to see my paintings. You can't miss them. As you walk in the front door they are straight ahead.
The show runs until next Monday.
Two weeks until school starts and I will be spending some serious time painting between now and then. Good things on the horizon.
Enjoy your week!
